My name is Jacob Errett and have enjoyed the sport of rabbit hunting since 1994, at the age of 7 with my Uncle Joe. I got my first beagle in 2005 and have enjoyed every minute of it. My free time revolves around running hounds, whether it be conditioning or training. I am a rabbit hunter first, but still enjoy going to trials when giving the opportunity. My ideal beagle would have brains to begin with, along with a great nose (but know how to use it), hunt hard with no regards to its body, med-fast to fast speed, work a good check, and make a rabbit fear for its life. I have both AKC and grade dogs, in my opinion papers don't run a rabbit. All in all, I enjoy running hounds and meeting new beaglers, so if you want to run give me a shout.
